Testing Schedule:
Three times per year(Around Memorial Day, Around July 4th, Early to Mid August), the Avon Lakes Village HOA tests 4 locations in Avon Lake for e-coli count.  The 4 locations are the Northeast Corner of the lake (Avon Lake Ln and Mackwood), South Shore Park, Mackwood Park and the Northeast corner of the lake (East Shore and Mackwood).
An e-coli count of less than 300 is a passing count.  The samples were taken on May 14th 2024 and tested by Oakland County Health Division Laboratory on May 21th 2024.
The counts are as follows:
Northwest Corner-          1
South Shore Park-           12
Mackwood Park –             10
Northeast Corner-          21          
The lake passed e-coli testing without issue.
