One park for swimming and events, one for fishing. Both close at dusk.
Avon Lakes Village has two community parks on the lake, each with its own purpose. Both are here for residents and their guests, and both close at dusk as posted on the signs.
Beach and swimming, community events like the summer picnic and movie nights, and the boat livery for getting out on the water. There is no fishing at Mackwood.
Visit Mackwood Park →Our quiet fishing park. Bring your pole and enjoy the shoreline. Swimming and boating are at Mackwood.
Visit South Shore Park →We test the lake water regularly through the season. See the latest results on the Lake Management page.
