Welcome to South Shore Park

South Shore Park is our second community park, and it is set aside for fishing. It is the quiet spot on the lake for casting a line and enjoying the shoreline. The park is here for residents and their guests.

Fishing

South Shore Park is our fishing park. Bring your pole and enjoy the water. For swimming, the beach, and the boat livery, please head to Mackwood Park.

Park hours

Both parks close at dusk, as posted on the signs. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Enjoying the park

The parks are for residents and their guests. Please keep an eye on visitors you bring.
Carry out what you carry in, and leave the shoreline clean for the next family.
Keep pets leashed and pick up after them.
Be considerate of neighboring homes, especially in the evening.

We test the lake water regularly through the season. You can see the latest water quality results on the Lake Management page.
